Work

Each venture owns itself. The network enables. The substrate nourishes.

03 Signalist Signed column · signals into interpretation 2026 Publishing

The writing workshop behind Camilo A. Osorio Maya’s signed column: cultural, social and economic signals translated into interpretive reads with voice, POV and byline. The exact human counterpoint to IN-KluSo’s anonymous signal engine — here a person writes, not a model.

What we built
  • Full editorial system: signal capture, draft-to-publish pipeline, templates per format.
  • An editorial scoring gate evaluates every piece; only those above the threshold get published.
  • Column-to-social distribution playbook: each piece works in the column, on LinkedIn and as method authority material.

Its founding rule is written in the manifesto: “the day a model writes the piece, it stops being mine.”

04 Un día a la vez · Vezal Brand, naming & verbal identity 2026 Client

Brand work for “Un día a la vez”, Vivi Osorio’s gathering for women in Medellín: 25 years of television presence put to work debunking the myth of the figured-out life, in a living room with coffee. Vezal is the registrable house; “Un día a la vez” is the public brand. First client of Xtatik’s full pipeline.

What we built
  • Full ideation in Lucy in Chaos and formal handoff into the Maker method.
  • Onlyness validated with a falsifiability gate: the difference is the host publicly debunking her own 25-year image.
  • Six-level naming ladder and a codified verbal territory — “permission, not self-improvement”.
  • Concept and sponsorship documents delivered to the client.

The brand’s essence fits in five words, verifiable against the client’s own manifesto: “Vivi doesn’t sell wellness. She sells permission.”

05 chkstyl Silent functional streetwear 2016–2026 In development

Urban clothing where every piece has a reason to exist — hidden functionality, a modular system by body zones, protocol-based drops. The 2026 re-engineering of CS Clothing / Chico Style, a project with ten years of history including a produced collection (2017) and a branding master’s thesis at IED Madrid (2021).

What we built
  • Complete project archaeology: 2016–2024 chronology and asset inventory (master design files, samples, lookbook).
  • Re-engineering via Lucy in Chaos and the Maker method: narrative, strategy, brand architecture and full visual identity.
  • Differentiated product system (SHIELD/GRID/DRIVE lines + MODS) and a named community (The Woven).

The naming has zero search competition: “chkstyl” did not exist on the internet before the brand.

06 Acento Premium artisanal Antioquian food 2024–2026 In development

Artisanal Antioquian food (corn arepas, empanadas, chorizos) elevated to premium: verifiable origin, an author, and editorial design for a category that never had a brand. It occupies the empty space between frozen industrial and the generic corner-store arepa. Refounded in 2026 through a full Lucy in Chaos session.

What we built
  • Complete strategic refoundation: single premium voice, three pillars and a three-act mother narrative.
  • A defensible brand mechanism: the “Tiene Acento” seal (origin + author + manner) as a house denomination of origin, with the tilde as physical signature.
  • Defined visual direction: premium Andean-editorial, cream palette with one signature color, heritage serif, matte kraft.

The positioning anchors on a referent proven in another geography: being “the Masienda of the Colombian Andes”, in a market space research confirmed vacant.

07 Nurawl Functional drinks · personal formulas 2026 In development

Cold functional drinks with real Colombian fruit (lulo, mora, maracuyá) where the customer creates a personalized formula and receives a memorable code to repeat it without friction. Modular kiosk model, service under two minutes, pilot designed for Medellín.

What we built
  • Complete brand concept: naming (domain and handles verified free), tagline, origin narrative and three axes validated by an F&B expert council.
  • A 72-variant formula system (3 bases × 3 fruits × 4 sweetness levels × 2 carbonation) with personal code notation.
  • Four-layer business architecture (machine → formula → ritual → code) with an operating benchmark validated against 7Brew.

The core asset is not the drink but the code: a memorable personal formula that turns repetition into identity.

08 Resona Sensory instrument · the place reacts with you 2026 Prototype v2

A sensory instrument on a real map. A person’s profile (budget, rhythm, sensitivity, what they seek) reacts with each block’s data — safety, price, walkability, noise — and generates unique generative sensory works anchored to real streets. Built for feeling a place before living it.

What we built
  • Working, verified v2 prototype: the work lives on the map, each block radiates its reaction, zoom is the navigation.
  • A sensory dictionary that translates cold real-estate data into comparable perception.
  • Expert panel audit and a redesign under the “work-on-the-map” concept — museum label, not KPI dashboard.

Research found no one fusing personal emotion with collective perception on a map — the “anticipated vs. lived” gap is a geo-emotional dataset only this product would generate.

Programs — via Maker

No project enters with a list price. First it gets profiled: the kind of engagement determines which layers of the method apply and at what depth — and from that profile come the tier, the working days and the price, itemized block by block. Every engagement closes with a falsifiability gate: if your difference doesn’t survive the test, we won’t sell it to you.

SPRINT

Enter and resolve.

Essential · 2–3 layers of the method

The surgical engagement: essential visual identity, one-off consulting, design with direction. Minimum viable deliverable, maximum precision — no strategy theater around a job that doesn’t need it.

  • Essential visual identity
  • One-off consulting & workshops
  • Checklist depth: lean, verifiable

SYSTEM

Brand with a working strategy.

Professional · 4–6 layers of the method

The house’s core engagement: branding with real strategy — narrative, positioning vetted by the Onlyness Test, visual and verbal identity — every decision with its justification written down.

  • Strategy, narrative & positioning
  • Visual + verbal identity, naming
  • Full templates with written rationale

ENTERPRISE

The whole system, governed.

Enterprise · 7–10 layers of the method

Full rebranding, multi-brand architecture, brand governance: a deep strategic document plus the complete operating system — with optional recurring accompaniment after delivery, so the brand doesn’t decay when we leave.

  • Full rebrand & brand architecture
  • Governance: rules, gates, registry
  • Optional recurring accompaniment

8–16 weeks · range on profiling

Profile your project →
How profiling works Type → layers → depth → days 1 · The engagement is diagnosed. 2 · The method’s layers that apply are selected (from strategy to governance). 3 · Each layer gets a depth: checklist, full template, or strategic system. 4 · The price is built from measured working days, itemized block by block — you see what each block costs, you can trace every deliverable back to a layer, and you get the full range in the first reply.
03

The pipeline

Every project in the house travels the same road: four systems, each with its own protocols, gates and libraries. Methodology is the product.

01

Lucy in Chaos

Ideation

A map of stations — not a linear pipeline — that takes raw material (words, dreams, dormant projects) and works it until actionable ideas crystallize. Five portfolio projects have documented origin sessions here.

02

Maker

Brand & strategy

A layered branding method — narrative, diagnosis, strategy, architecture, visual and verbal identity — closed by a falsifiability gate: if a brand’s difference doesn’t survive the Onlyness Test, it’s vetoed before it’s sold.

03

Studio Liquid

Audiovisual production

AI-first audiovisual production: one human operator directing, production roles redistributed to systems. A typical weekly batch ships 52 images, 12 copies and 4 shorts — by pipeline, not by hand.

04

Modo Meh

Execution & launch

The launch operating system: an 8-step reusable process, action protocols and checklists. Its philosophy fits in one rule — if it can’t be executed in concrete steps, it doesn’t enter the system.

Ekoum The invisible engine The self-knowledge method that powers Ahlo: eight knowledge traditions, fourteen analysis protocols, seven guides — versioned IP, reusable by more than one product without the end user ever seeing it.
04

Ideology

Xtatik is the mycelium — the underground network that connects roots, shares nutrients, and generates new growth. The projects that surface look different, carry their own names, serve distinct purposes. Beneath them, they are one network.
